Highly Skilled Global Security Operations Center Operator

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Operator II to join our team. As a GSOC Operator II, you will be responsible for providing alarm and incident monitoring, as well as dispatching emergency and non-emergency security messaging and incident escalation globally 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to all access controls alarms and events, and answering incoming calls regarding customer alarms quickly and efficiently
- Actioning on both internal and external customer emails
- Answering all incoming calls promptly and effectively in an efficient and professional manner
- Following through and taking ownership of all inquiries where possible
Required Skills and Qualifications

- Knowledge of the security industry
- Energetic, enthusiastic, yet considered and calm under pressure
- Able to speak up and be heard
- Driven and ready to make a mark on a global scale, thriving on success
- Able to work well in a team environment
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, and Word

In addition to the above requirements, you will also need to be able to work in shifts and be willing to work in person at the GSOC located in Hyderabad. If hired, you will be required to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19, unless you have a valid medical condition or sincerely held religious belief precluding you from receiving the vaccine.
