Job Title: Monitoring Operator II

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Monitoring Operator II to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing alarm and incident monitoring, dispatching emergency and non-emergency security messaging, and incident escalation globally, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • Respond to all access controls alarms and events, and answer incoming calls regarding customer alarms quickly and efficiently.
  • Action on both internal and external customer emails, and answer all incoming calls promptly and effectively in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Follow through and take ownership of all inquiries where possible.
  • Work unsupervised and maintain professionalism.
Main Requirements
  • Knowledge of the security industry.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, yet considered and calm under pressure.
  • Able to speak up and be heard, driven, and ready to make a mark on a global scale, thriving on success.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Analytical, organized, and able to manage competing priorities with ease.
Benefits and Experience
  • Experience within the GSOC environment is preferred, with security, military, law enforcement, or emergency services experience being optional.
  • Must be able to work in shifts and willing to work in person at the GSOC located in Hyderabad.
  • Where legally permissible, if hired, the candidate is required to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 no later than their start date, unless they have a valid medical condition or sincerely held religious belief precluding them from receiving the vaccine.
