Job Opportunity:

As a senior security operations professional, you will be responsible for providing continuous monitoring and incident response services globally 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to all access controls alarms and events in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Act on internal and external customer communications regarding security incidents and escalate as necessary.
  • Take ownership of all inquiries and follow through with prompt and effective responses.
  • Work independently while maintaining professionalism and contributing to a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Ensure awareness and understanding of emergency procedures, security protocols, and standard operating procedures among colleagues.
  • Model our organization's transformation code of conduct.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of the security industry and experience in GSOC environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, driven by success and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and manage competing priorities with ease.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Analytical and organized, with experience in managing high-pressure situations.
