Job Description

What You Get to Do in This Role:

The Global Incident Response (GIR) team is comprised of five units: Triage, Investigations, Incident Command, Threat Hunting and Insider Threat. As an Enterprise Security Operations Specialist, you will join the Threat Hunting & Insider Threat program.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Implement, manage, and mature the Insider Threat and Threat Hunting programs according to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Establish governance, policies, and operational processes to enhance visibility into insider risks and external threats.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating meetings, managing expectations, and addressing concerns proactively.
  • Manage key metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance threat detection and mitigation capabilities.
  • Report regularly on the program status to senior management and executive stakeholders.
  • Serve as a key driver to improve the security of our platform, infrastructure, and customer use cases.
  • Drive awareness and training initiatives to foster a strong security culture within the organization.
  • Establish and mature documentation, protocols, and procedures governing Insider Threat & Threat Hunting.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business priorities, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of threat hunting and insider threat programs.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
