- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, handling multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and event execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Mass Media, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience with reputed event agencies handling marquee clients.
- Strong understanding of event strategy, client engagement, and market trends.
