
Health and Benefits Relationship Manager

About This Role:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities in the employee health and benefits sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional service to clients, fostering strong relationships and identifying growth opportunities
• Analyze client portfolios and provide strategic recommendations to optimize risk management
• Conduct thorough gap analysis of existing policies, propose enhanced terms, and negotiate with insurers on behalf of clients
• Achieve 100% client retention through proactive engagement and timely issue resolution
• Prepare persuasive proposals for client presentations and support roadshows
• Engage with clients for quarterly/annual satisfaction surveys to gauge performance and identify areas for improvement
• Accurately book and invoice business on time, ensuring seamless financial transactions
• Collaborate with other practices to drive portfolio-level penetration through cross-selling initiatives
Requirements:
• Proven leadership skills, demonstrated through experience as an elected leader in community, school, or college settings
• Strong analytical skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Attention to detail, with high level of accuracy and precision
• Excellent networking and relationship management skills, combined with strong communication and presentation abilities
Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the insurance industry or TPA environment
• Ability to adapt to diverse client cultures, including Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation, and PSU clients
Max Experience: 10 years
