Senior Health Management Specialist

This role requires a hybrid work arrangement, with at least three days spent in the office weekly.

• We collaborate with clients to design and implement organizational health risk management and wellness programs.
• I develop implementation plans, define roles for responsible parties, and bring in suitable health management vendors.
• I am responsible for designing and planning every aspect of the health risk management program implementation, including employee communication.
• I supervise the launch of health risk management programs.
• I oversee the operation of all health risk management projects and make necessary changes to design or vendors.
• I lead and manage multiple human resources management and wellness consulting client engagements.
• I establish trusted relationships with client contacts through timely and effective advice and efficient project execution.
• I work with general consultants and business development staff to strategize on approaching target clients.
• I support overall client relationship building and management, while leading health risk management consulting and wellness consulting services.
• I work with other consultants to prepare comprehensive proposals for target clients.
• I identify opportunities to cross-sell projects and services to current clients.
• Health risk analysis and management consulting are key components of this role.
• I am responsible for managing assigned health risk management/human resources consulting projects.
• I set up data analysis structures and methodologies, as well as undertake organizational health risk data analysis.
• I present health risk management consulting project proposals to clients and support business development staff/general consultants in negotiations and acquisitions.
• I build an internal knowledge bank on health risk analysis and management.
• I contribute to developing new value propositions, products, tools, and approaches.
• Vendor negotiation and selection for health management programs is also a responsibility.
• I identify potential health management vendors for various programs.
• I create an internal review structure for evaluating health management vendors in the market.
• I evaluate health management vendors for various health management programs, negotiate with them, and finalize terms and conditions with selected vendors.
• I collaborate with selected vendors to create customized health management programs for specific clients.
• I work closely with health management vendors to create health management programs that meet client needs.
• The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• They should be able to work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate a high level of professionalism and integrity.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and relevant work experience are required.
