Job Title: Relationship Manager
">We are seeking a highly skilled Liaison Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring regulatory compliance and building relationships with government agencies and external stakeholders.
">Key Responsibilities:">- Regulatory Approvals & Licensing:
- Obtain and renew mandatory licenses and approvals including PCPNDT Act approvals, ART Registration, Bombay Nursing Home Registration, Fire NOC / Fire Safety clearances, Change of Usage and Municipal Permissions, Bio-Medical Waste Management approvals, Pollution Control Board clearance, and Trade license.
- Government & External Liaison:
- Build and maintain relationships with Municipal Corporations, State Health Departments, Fire Department, Urban Development Authorities, Local statutory bodies, Police, Nodal Officers, ART/PCPNDT advisory boards, and medical councils.
- Documentation & Compliance:
- Prepare, verify, and submit all required documents for regulatory applications.
- Maintain updated compliance registers for each clinic location.
- Audit Support:
- Handle audits, inspections, and queries from authorities.
Requirements:
">To succeed as a Liaison Officer, you must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should also be proficient in maintaining accurate records and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
