As a seasoned professional in SAP SuccessFactors Global Benefits, you will lead the configuration and implementation of these modules across large organizations. Collaborating with clients to understand their global benefits needs, you will design tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure benefits programs, eligibility rules, enrollment workflows, and vendor integrations for SuccessFactors Global Benefits.
  • Develop and execute detailed test plans to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices and regulatory requirements in global benefits.
  • Conduct training sessions to drive user adoption and system efficiency.
  • Work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, IT, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Offer ongoing support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements post go-live.
  • Stay current with product updates and enhancements to proactively improve system performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors Global Benefits configuration and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of global benefits processes and compliance regulations.
  • Ability to manage client relationships and deliver business-driven solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certifications such as SAP SuccessFactors (Global Benefits or Employee Central).
