Key Responsibilities

  • You will roll up your sleeves and take on high-leverage projects — whether it's building a business model, setting up a process, or cracking a distribution hack.
  • You will work closely with leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable projects.
  • You will own key problem statements end-to-end, from framing to execution and iteration.
  • You will build business cases, run fast experiments (market research, MVPs, proof of concepts, GTM pilots) to drive business growth.
  • You will build and manage execution roadmaps, from idea to launch to early scaling.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, growth, operations, etc.) to build and scale initiatives.
  • You will redesign, document, and continuously improve key workflows for efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

  • Educational background – Graduation from top-tier institutions.
  • Experience (1–2 years) – Preference for management consulting background, or heavy problem-solving roles in early-stage start-ups.
  • Skillsets:
    • Problem-solving & strategic thinking: Ability to break down unstructured problems, think in first principles, and design scalable solutions that drive measurable business impact.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset: bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and resilience to setbacks.
    • Ability to balance big-picture thinking with scrappy execution.
    • Data Fluency: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
    • Ownership & Multitasking: High sense of accountability, ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously, and bias for action in fast-paced environments.
    • Strong communication skills: Can articulate ideas clearly, influence stakeholders, and synthesize insights.
