Job Title

A high-velocity role is available for a talent acquisition professional to support volume hiring in Hyderabad.

  • This position requires extensive experience in managing people and HR data, as well as the ability to think and operate autonomously and strategically.
Main Responsibilities
  1. Partner closely with business leaders to understand their business strategy and talent needs.
  2. Responsible for Talent Acquisition volume hiring into BPO - Service Delivery teams.
  3. Develop overall talent strategy including determining number, skills and experience of people to be inducted into the company to meet the planned client requirement and improve overall productivity of the teams.
  4. Work on Talent Strategy Design, Planning, Acquisition, Headcount Budgeting and Forecasting.
  5. Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers.
  6. Owning end-to-end recruitment process with Hiring Manager right from board approval of Head count & initiate hiring process till on boarding.
  7. Drive several special projects/initiatives.
  8. Ensure that all aspects of recruitment and selection process are adhered to including, cost-effective sourcing and screening methods, interviewing protocol, assessment, background checks and offers.
Eligibility Criteria
  1. Master's Degree or equivalent in education and experience.
  2. Minimum 12+ years of related experience.
  3. Experience in managing people.
  4. Extensive experience in HR data and HR systems.
  5. Ability to be successful in a fast-paced, constantly changing, results-oriented environment.
  6. Ability to think and operate autonomously and strategically.

The ideal candidate will be a high-velocity and hands-on person who can't sit still and instantly goes after the next idea or opportunity, brings it to the team or does it themselves, as long as it gets done quickly and with high quality. They will also be a client-focused person who will champion for the clients and help clients focus on their business by providing best-of-breed HCM/HRIS solutions. Additionally, they will be an energizer, influencer & people leader who will help us energize and lead—not from authority, but with inspiration and knowledge. Finally, they will be a multi-tasking & strong problem solver who will lead by example by 'Results Oriented' and be a strong problem solver.
