Subject Head

The role of a Subject Head is pivotal in shaping the academic structure and progression of our curriculum. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching or academic leadership, with experience in leading teams and creating high-quality learning materials.

This position involves supervising the creation of video lectures, assessments, animations, study material, and question banks, ensuring conceptual clarity, accuracy, and pedagogical coherence across all content.

We are seeking a Subject Head who can recruit, train, and lead a team of SMEs, content developers, and educators, conducting regular reviews and ensuring team alignment with academic goals. The successful candidate will work closely with our faculty to develop and implement new curricula, providing students with the best possible education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and own the academic structure and progression of the curriculum aligned with competitive exams, school boards, or international standards.
  • Supervise the creation of high-quality learning materials, including video lectures, assessments, animations, study material, and question banks.
  • Ensure conceptual clarity, accuracy, and pedagogical coherence across all content.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of SMEs, content developers, and educators, conducting regular reviews and ensuring team alignment with academic goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's/Ph.D from a reputable institution.
  • 7+ years of teaching or academic leadership experience.
  • At least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role within an ed-tech, test prep company.
  • Relevant experience in CBSE 10th board curriculum.
  • Deep subject expertise and academic rigor.
  • Candidates with an English-medium background at Class X, Class XII, Degree levels preferred.
  • Strong instructional design and content review skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with ed-tech platforms, digital tools, and LMS a plus.
