Responsibilities include:

  • Perform daily & weekly reporting activities
  • Write & create customized emails
  • Work across teams to achieve goals
  • Handle data collection, sorting, and checking
  • Take minutes of meetings
  • Follow up with clients over calls
  • Act on instructions from senior colleagues
  • Organize & Prioritize tasks
  • Follow up with customers over calls for collections and invoices

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in sales/business development/client relations/post sales
  • Knowledge of B2B Saas industry
  • Ability to devote 9 hours a day for 6 days a week
  • Excellent written & spoken communication skills
  • Knowledge of various tools & data collection
