Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and support of all internal IT systems.
  • Ensure consistent and reliable IT support across all geographies.
  • Manage and optimize internal tools to meet evolving organizational needs.
  • Lead the rollout of new IT initiatives and updates.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Lead security audits and assessments.
  • Manage security incident response.
  • Manage software and cloud infrastructure spending.
  • Monitor and track software license usage.
  • Negotiate contracts with IT vendors.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role.
  • Deep understanding of modern IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and security principles.
  • Experience with compliance frameworks such as SOC, GDPR, and ISO.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
