Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned and innovative Senior Business Operations Lead to spearhead strategic initiatives across business and IT domains.

This role requires exceptional stakeholder management, leadership, and project execution skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning, scoping, and execution for various business and IT projects.
  • Define project goals, success criteria, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Organize and lead steering committee meetings and project status updates.
  • Track project metrics, budget allocation, and resource utilization.
  • Maintain and share project documentation with relevant stakeholders.
  • Partner with business and IT teams on process improvements and system integrations.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8–10 years of project management experience across business or technology domains.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Asana).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with ERP systems, data migration projects, or system integrations.
  • PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum certification.
