Leadership Role in Fixed Income Operations

Job Description:

This is a senior leadership role responsible for leading teams in fixed income operations, ensuring the efficient delivery of services to clients. The successful candidate will have expertise in fixed income analytics, risk management, and returns analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop expertise in Fixed Income Analytics, Risk, Returns, and other areas.
  • Support client queries on Fixed Income instruments, terms, and conditions.
  • Become an SME in end-to-end Services operations support for clients, including workflows, data validation, and daily deliverables.
  • Partner with regional and Global Leads, Managers, Directors of Operations, and stakeholders to manage initiatives.
  • Drive operational efficiency focusing on consistency between global teams.
  • Lead projects that adhere to standards and continuous operations improvements.
  • Act as a point of contact during shifts and support the team and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate in MBA-Finance with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Experience in building effective business relationships with cross-functional/geographical teams.
  • Familiarity with Fixed Income products (Rates, Bonds, Credit, Foreign Exchange, Commodities) is required.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks through effective prioritization.
