Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills and be responsible for developing and executing a successful strategy in their territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enable high-performing individuals to achieve their targets.
  • Define project scope, interior estimation, and initiate connections with service partners based on customer requirements.
  • Visit customer sites along with service partners to help customers finalise project scope and quote with service partners for their work.
  • Meet with team members to understand and resolve their concerns on a regular basis.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in any stream | 15 years of academic education.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development and growth with a minimum 1 year in B2C sales.
  • Strong multi-tasking and complex operations management skills.
  • Strong sales and business development skills.
  • Will to travel across Pune.
  • Strong leadership and people skills.
  • High level of ownership around targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
