Business Development Executive

We are seeking an accomplished professional to fill the position of Senior Manager in Business Development. This role requires a seasoned Insurance Broker with expertise in sales, communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a comprehensive understanding of insurance products.
Key Responsibilities:- Create strategic marketing initiatives to attract new clients
- Meet with potential clients to discuss their insurance needs
- Conduct thorough research on all available policy options for the client
- Negotiate with underwriters to secure the best policy at the most favorable price
- Present policy details to the client and obtain their signature on the policy agreement
- Collect premiums and manage client accounts
- Advise clients on risk management strategies and claims procedures
- Prepare reports for underwriters and update existing policies
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and lead a team to achieve revenue targets
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in any stream, a minimum of three years' experience in corporate insurance sales, and exceptional negotiating skills. They will be able to handle a team and deliver revenue targets.
