Client Servicing Professional

Job Description:

We are seeking a Client Servicing Professional to join our team. This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives, and providing regular updates on project status.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management: Understand client brand identity, core values, and unique selling propositions to execute effective campaigns.
  2. Coordination and Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
  3. Quality Check: Conduct quality checks and post content on social media platforms.
  4. Timelines and Schedules: Assist managers in prioritizing tasks and maintaining timelines and schedules.
  5. Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to create innovative artwork.
  6. Reports: Ensure timely collection of data and inputs from functional teams for report creation.
  7. Time Management: Follow internal TATs, prioritize tasks, and deliver work on time.
  8. Vendor Management: Invoicing and follow-up on payments.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools.
  • Basic research and analytical skills.
