Job Title: IT Project Coordinator

Project Brief:

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide administrative support for large-scale banking transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project activities, schedules, and meetings.
  • Maintain trackers, reports, and documentation.
  • Monitor milestones, risks, issues, and change logs.
  • Communicate with stakeholders across business, IT, and compliance.
  • Support UAT planning, issue tracking, and leadership reporting.
  • Ensure adherence to banking procedures, internal controls, and compliance standards.
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years' experience as a Project Coordinator in a similar industry.
  • Strong organisational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools.
  • Experience producing documentation, trackers, and reports.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities across cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with project management software is a plus.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
