Job Overview

As a key member of our design team, you'll be responsible for crafting user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs that significantly impact how healthcare organizations interact with our platform.

This opportunity presents a chance to make a direct impact on the design and usability of a cutting-edge AI platform in a rapidly evolving industry.

  • User-Centered Design: Lead the design process for new features and product areas
    • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to bring product features from concept to launch
      • Design Systems: Contribute to the evolution of our design system
        • Iterate & Improve: Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and team input

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, Interaction Designer, or UX/UI Designer
    • Solid Understanding: Of user-centered design principles
      • Experience designing for complex products, particularly in SaaS, healthcare, or regulated industries
        • Strong Expertise: In design systems and creating scalable, reusable components
