  • Support clients in delivering high-impact outcomes across Australia and globally by conducting market sizing, cohort analysis, risk stratification, and KPI modelling to inform product and marketing strategies.
  • Build and optimise automated data pipelines to improve reporting efficiency and deliver faster insights. Develop and present interactive dashboards, visualisations, and executive presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate analytical insights into scalable, productised solutions that align with our platform vision.
  • Collaborate with regional analytics teams, sharing best practices in predictive modelling, machine learning, and advanced SQL querying to ensure consistent quality and innovation.

Essential Criteria:

  • 5+ years' experience in commercial Patient Analytics, commercial data analytics, data science, or advanced manipulation and interpretation of real-world healthcare datasets.
  • Proven expertise in SQL (advanced joins, window functions, aggregations), Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost), and data visualisation tools.
  • Strong background in healthcare analytics using datasets from reputable providers.
  • Experience with predictive modelling, machine learning, risk stratification, and product uptake forecasting.
  • Skilled in dashboard development, storytelling, and executive-level presentations.
  • Degree in a quantitative discipline.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analytics into actionable business recommendations.
