Position Overview:

We seek an experienced professional with strong expertise in U.S. healthcare and Laboratory Information Systems (LIS). The ideal candidate will lead Agile ceremonies, ensure project delivery on time, and align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with pathology and laboratory teams to gather requirements, manage product backlogs, and prioritize user stories.

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment on requirements and implementation.

• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.

• Drive project execution with Agile best practices: track progress, identify risks, resolve blockers, and communicate updates to leadership.

• Support change management, training, and user adoption activities as part of project rollouts and go-lives.

Required Qualifications:

• Detail-oriented mindset.

• 4+ years of experience in healthcare IT, including roles like Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Scrum Master.

• Certified Agile professional (CSM, PMI-ACP, PMP).

• Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare workflows, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

• Hands-on experience with LIS and proven experience in Agile methodology.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
