As a Healthcare Management Partner, you will work closely with our product and R&D team to provide real-world insights that make our platform more relevant, intuitive, and impactful for healthcare professionals everywhere. This role is perfect for someone who wants to blend their clinical/management background with tech innovation and help co-create solutions built by healthcare for healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our product team to drive product feedback and development.
  • Contribute healthcare expertise to tailor solutions that meet the needs of various settings, including hospitals, clinics, or academic institutions.
  • Participate in pilot program testing rounds, gather peer feedback, and contribute to usability reviews of upcoming features.
  • Work with our tech team to enhance communication tools, AI features, reminders, and CareID system, as well as clinical support tools.
  • Support internal and external teams by translating product features into practical use cases for frontline workers.

Ideal Background:

  • Clinical, administrative, or academic healthcare experience.
  • Familiarity with digital health tools, such as EMRs, telehealth, AI, mobile apps.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Passion for improving the healthcare system through user-driven design.
