About the Role
The ideal candidate will work across multiple healthcare programs to support patient engagement, access to care, and coordination with treatment centers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support patients with treatment adherence, follow-up, and emotional counseling.
- Assist patients in accessing government and non-government aid programs.
- Help patients and caregivers with documentation, form submissions, and navigating official processes.
- Create and maintain a repository of patient assistance schemes and health entitlements.
- Track and follow up with patients regularly to ensure continuity of care.
- Coordinate with hospital social work departments, government agencies, and NGOs.
- Identify and build a local donor network willing to support patients financially or in-kind.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Medicine, Public Health, or a related field.
