Job Title: Technical Content Specialist – Data Science & AI

We are seeking a skilled Technical Content Specialist to create engaging, informative content that positions our organization as a thought leader in the Data & AI space.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating complex concepts from Data Science, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Digital Transformation into compelling narratives tailored for both technical and business audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a wide range of content, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, website content, technical documentation, solution briefs, video scripts, emailers, and more.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and SMEs to gather insights and validate content for accuracy.
  • Support product marketing, sales enablement, and campaigns with persuasive content assets.
  • Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in the Data, AI, and digital ecosystem to ensure content relevance and thought leadership.
  • Manage editorial calendars, ensuring brand tone and consistency across all platforms.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in AI, Data Science, Cloud, or Digital Transformation domains.
  • Strong knowledge of AI/ML tools, Data platforms, Cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP), and digital strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in writing for developer audiences, business stakeholders, and enterprise customers.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple content deliverables with tight deadlines.
  • Experience with collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Notion, Google Workspace, Jira, Trello).
  • Bonus: Experience working in tech consulting, SaaS, or enterprise IT services environments.
  • Experience in creating content for proposals, RFPs/RFIs and technical solution documents would be a plus.
