Job Title: Influencer Program Manager

The objective of this role is to spearhead the design and delivery of an innovative loyalty program targeting facade and window fabricators in small and medium-sized projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loyalty Program Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement loyalty initiatives focused on technical certification, advanced training, exclusive digital resources, and collaborative innovation platforms that enhance fabricator expertise and project success without relying on price discounts.
  • Drive Digital Engagement & Enablement
  • Lead the deployment of digital tools that empower fabricators to optimize project delivery and showcase professionalism and technical expertise.
  • Generate and Utilize Consumer & Fabricator Insights
  • Capture qualitative insights from facade and window fabricators and end-users, including project and product feedback, evolving technical needs, and market trends.
  • Leverage these insights to refine value propositions such as technical support offerings, digital capabilities, and innovation initiatives, thus reinforcing loyalty through relevant and impactful solutions at scale.
  • Certification & Capability Building
  • Develop tiered certification programs recognizing fabricators for excellence in both technical expertise and professionalism, cementing their market leadership and reinforcing brand advocacy.

Support the Field Marketing team by providing enablers to build sustained, consultative relationships with fabricators, offering strategic technical guidance, early access to new innovations, and platforms for peer collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Program Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Use CRM systems and digital analytics to monitor engagement, gather feedback, track KPIs to produce actionable reports to optimize loyalty initiatives.
