Job Description

Lex Globa is seeking experienced educators with deep expertise in corporate law and M&A to design and deliver specialized legal education courses. The role involves teaching advanced concepts, providing practical insights, and engaging learners through interactive case simulations.

The ideal candidate will have strong subject matter expertise in M&A, corporate law, and regulatory compliance, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills. Prior teaching or mentoring experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and practical sessions on specialized legal topics
  • Contribute real-world insights and case studies to enhance learner understanding
  • Guide participants through case simulations and problem-solving exercises
  • Collaborate with Lex Globa's content and academic teams to ensure quality delivery
  • Mentor learners on applying legal and regulatory frameworks in real-world scenarios
Key Coverage Areas

The educator will cover deal structuring and valuation, share purchases, slump sales, joint venture protection, due diligence, negotiation, and transaction documentation.

Eligibility & Skills

  • Strong subject matter expertise in M&A, corporate law, and regulatory compliance
  • Proven ability to teach, mentor, and simplify complex legal concepts
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Prior teaching/training/mentoring experience preferred
