Job Title:

Program Director - Strategic Initiatives

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute key enterprise-wide initiatives, focusing on business planning, change management, and strategic insights.
  • Identify critical strategic issues affecting the organization and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Conceptualize, design, and implement large-scale strategic initiatives through collaborative efforts with various stakeholders.
  • Forecast strategic and operational variables to inform decision-making.
  • Simulate scenarios to create optimal plans based on market conditions.
  • Monitor relevant metrics for strategic planning and performance measurement.
  • Lead periodical reporting of strategy performance and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Coordinate planning activities across internal functions.
CXO Support:
  • Support CXOs in interfacing with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategy, annual business plans, and growth opportunities identification.
Strategic Initiative Management:
  • Oversee the implementation of key strategic initiatives, encompassing project planning, tracking, and closure.
  • Deliver comprehensive transformation agendas and efficiency improvement projects with cross-functional impact.
  • Develop detailed project plans and ensure successful execution.
Strategic Insights:
  • Develop compelling business cases and strategic options leveraging industry insights, financial models, and ROI analysis.
  • Facilitate competition benchmarking, deal analysis, and intelligent reports preparation.
  • Provide environment scans, competitor insights, and customer reports periodically.
  • Conduct internal consulting projects to support business units.
Strategy Communication:
  • Manage all strategic communications from the CSO's office and stakeholder interactions.
  • Stay informed about industry updates and assess their impact.
  • Anchors business planning and operational reviews regularly.
