Role Overview

A seasoned corporate communications expert will play a pivotal role in shaping the narrative for our India operations. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Drive External Communication Strategies: Align internal goals with global objectives through effective external communication strategies.
  • Serve as a Trusted Spokesperson: Manage media relations, sponsorships, and partnerships to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Position the Organization as an Employer of Choice: Utilize targeted media, social media, and awards initiatives to create a positive employer image.
  • Lead Large-Scale Employer Branding and Employee Engagement Campaigns: Develop and implement strategic campaigns to engage employees and promote the organization's culture.
  • Drive Content Strategy: Create compelling content for social media, website, and digital platforms to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Collaborate with Leadership: Provide strategic guidance on communication strategy and execution to drive business outcomes.
  • Manage Creative Agencies: Oversee the management of external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns with measurable results.
Requirements:
  • 15–20 Years of Relevant Experience: Proven expertise in corporate communications, PR, media, social media, or employer branding.
  • Strong Connections: Build and maintain strong connections with local and regional media networks.
  • Creative Writing Skills: Demonstrate excellent copywriting, content creation, and digital storytelling abilities.
  • B2B Campaign Expertise: Proven experience in managing B2B campaigns, events, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role.
