Global Strategy and M&A Professional

We are seeking an exceptional Global Strategy and M&A Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for devising innovative inorganic and growth strategies, working closely with a global team of consultants to understand clients' visions.

The successful candidate will have exposure to work with global clients across various industries, including Automotive, Technology, Media and Telecommunications, Industrials, Manufacturing, Financial Services, and Private Equity. They will synthesize key takeaways by structuring ambiguous problems, consolidating information sources, analyzing complex qualitative and quantitative data, presenting interpretations to the project team, and providing recommendations to global clientele.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with a global team of consultants to understand clients' visions and devise inorganic and growth strategies.
  • Exposure to work with global clients across various industries.
  • Synthesize key takeaways by structuring ambiguous problems, consolidating information sources, analyzing complex qualitative and quantitative data, presenting interpretations to the project team, and providing recommendations to global clientele.
  • Devise corporate/business unit, M&A, and market entry strategies.
  • Conduct commercial due diligence, business wargaming, and screen M&A targets.
  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership and clients by playing an active role in firm building initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent Analytical and Presentation Skills: The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and presentation skills, with fluency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Keen Interest in Building a Career in Strategy and M&A Consulting: A keen interest in building a career in Strategy and M&A Consulting is essential.
  • Enterprising and Collaborative Professional: An enterprising and collaborative professional with ability to work in a team is required.
  • International Client Exposure: Exposure in international client's geographies (North America/Western Europe/Asia-Pacific & Japan) will be considered favorably.
  • Prior Work Experience: Prior work experience of 1-2 years in strategy houses, Big 4, boutique consulting, corporate strategy, or corporate development background is preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree from premier institutes globally or India is required.
