Job Title: Senior Operations Manager
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 15-20 resources, developing the team to ensure delivery of consistently superior quality, and independently handling transitioning of new procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the team to be client/customer-focused, own training and development to the team, and take ownership on delivering service level components, quality, and targets.
- Effectively track and analyze the performance of individual team members, provide effective coaching and feedback, compile reports, and act as a communication conduit between the team and management.
- Implement HR and operations policies, manage floor schedules, drive people to adhere to them, resolve problems, make recommendations based on analysis and customer/team feedback.
- Supervise production, build effective teams, optimize capacity utilization, provide feedback, appraisal, fix underperformance, manage undesirable behavior, unplanned absence, and training needs identification.
- Take responsibility for an internal area of management (new hire orientation, training, presentations, etc.) and track efficiency for self and associates/senior associates.
Requirements:
- Graduation is a must.
- 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in F&A Operations.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 working environment.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
- Good analytical skills, MS Excel, and presentation skills.
