Manufacturing Operations Specialist

Seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in Manufacturing. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining complex electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and operate 66 KV switchyard, HT & LT switchgears, SF6, transformer, motors, EOT cranes, Battery & Battery charger, UPS, PCC, MCC, Plant lighting & PLC, Electro hydraulic grab, and crushing equipment.
- Responsible for maintenance and operation knowledge in gensets, electrical Panels, Transformers, isolators, and lightning arrestors.
- Maintenance of Soft starters & Automation systems & Basic operations of PLC's and SCADA.
- Troubleshoot AC/DC machines, Circuit Theory, earthing concepts, and Protection and metering devices & systems.
- Knowledge in VFD & PLC applications, Encoders & feedback sensors, HV, MV & LV Power systems & equipments, Electrical generation & distribution system, and Energy calculations and efficiency improvements.
- Diploma - Electrical Engineering from reputable institutions with Good Academic record.
- 3-5 years Experience in Manufacturing / Process / Engg. Industry.
- Ability to deploy functional knowledge.
- Detail Orientation.
- Analytical Skills.
- Team Player.
- Multi-cultural compatibility.
The ideal candidate must be willing to relocate to Bharuch/Ankleshwar and comfortable with working in Shifts.
