Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process control plans to ensure efficient and effective operations">
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve manufacturing issues and improve quality">
  • Drive engineering improvements to meet customer expectations and achieve business objectives">
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process performance and minimize downtime">

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical or related field from a reputable institution

">

Minimum 4-8 years of experience in process management within continuous manufacturing facilities

">

Excellent leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to coach and develop people

">

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production strategies, and organizational resources

">

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in plasterboard, cement, or cement board manufacturing">
  • Proven track record of delivering results-oriented process improvements">
  • Ability to formulate and implement strategic plans to achieve consistent product quality">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills">
