Job Overview

This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills in Spanish and English. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting outbound cold calls to prospective logistics clients and promoting logistics solutions to generate qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective logistics clients.
  • Promote logistics solutions to generate qualified leads.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication.
  • Document all interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
  • Meet and exceed daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
Requirements
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in cold calling, telesales, or business development (logistics industry experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into opportunities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficient with CRM tools and call tracking systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or logistics are an advantage.
