Logistics and Operations Role

This role is ideal for a recent graduate or student in business administration, supply chain management, operations or a related field who wants to gain hands-on experience in logistics and process optimization.

As a key member of our operations team, you will support our daily activities and contribute to the enhancement of logistics workflows. Your key responsibilities will include assisting in day-to-day logistics operations, monitoring and coordinating with partner businesses, analyzing operational data to identify trends and improve efficiency, and helping streamline customer support processes.

You will work closely with our teams to enhance logistics processes and contribute to process documentation and performance tracking. Additionally, you will assist in managing schedules, shift bookings, and fleet coordination.

To be successful in this role, you should have strong organizational and problem-solving skills, be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, and possess proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools (preferred). You should also have strong communication and coordination abilities and a passion for logistics and process optimization.
