Job Title: Digital Product Designer

Description:

  • We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented digital product designer to join our team at Emireq.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, an understanding of user experience principles (or willingness to learn), and the ability to translate complex features into simple, elegant designs.
  • As a digital product designer at Emireq, you will be responsible for creating clean, user-friendly, and modern interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design responsive web and mobile UI screens for Emireq dashboards (Super Admin, Startup, Investor).
  • Collaborate with developers to implement pixel-perfect UI designs using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
  • Ensure design consistency across all modules (zakat, tokenization, metaverse, investments, startup onboarding).
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for new features.
  • Work closely with the UX team to improve user journeys and simplify workflows.
  • Develop design systems, style guides, and component libraries for scalability.
  • Incorporate cultural sensitivity where appropriate (cultural awareness, RTL readiness).
  • Conduct design reviews and iterate based on feedback from stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a digital product designer (2+ years preferred).
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles for both desktop and mobile.
  • Experience designing dashboards, financial/fintech platforms, or SaaS products.
  • Knowledge of UX best practices, usability, and accessibility standards.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks on a part-time schedule.
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-Have (Preferred):

  • Experience with culturally aware design.
  • Familiarity with frontend frameworks (to hand off designs effectively).
  • Knowledge of 3D UI/Metaverse interfaces.
  • Ability to create design assets (icons, illustrations, micro-animations).
