Product Designer

To excel in this position, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • A portfolio showcasing your product UX/UI design work.
  • 5+ years of experience designing digital products in the banking sector.
  • 5+ years of end-to-end product design experience.
  • 3+ years of experience working in large cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tools.

Desirable qualifications include:

  • Creativity in designing cohesive and visually appealing product experiences with attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding and communication skills for design and technical trade-offs.
  • Openness to feedback and a commitment to continuous improvement.
