**Job Opportunity:** Graphic and Motion Designer

We are seeking a skilled Graphic and Motion Designer to create visually engaging digital experiences. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing high-converting landing pages in Figma, optimized for usability and visual appeal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality digital content that drives conversions and supports brand storytelling efforts.
  • Design and manage marketing visuals across formats, including ads, social media creatives, email, presentations, and web graphics.
  • Produce short-form videos, animations, and motion graphics for product marketing, social campaigns, and brand storytelling.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to bring campaigns and concepts to life.
  • Maintain and evolve design systems, ensuring a cohesive visual identity across static and motion assets.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic, visual, or motion design, ideally in digital-first or performance-driven contexts.
  • Advanced Figma skills plus strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • A portfolio showcasing a mix of static design (landing pages, campaigns, branding) and motion/animation work.
  • Strong grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and animation principles.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to deliver quality work under tight deadlines.
