Visual Communication Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Visual Communication Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that effectively communicates the company's message and values.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of work that showcases their ability to create engaging and informative visual materials, including social media assets, infographics, videos, and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create digital designs, such as social media graphics, email templates, and web pages, using Adobe Creative Suite applications.
  • Design brand collaterals, including pitch decks, case studies, and marketing materials, that align with the company's brand identity.
  • Maintain the company website by regularly updating and managing its content and design using CMS platforms.
  • Provide cross-functional design support to various teams within the organization.

Fulfill internal design requests from different teams while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.

Manage and incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders efficiently.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as graphic design or communications.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a professional setting.
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and responsive design principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with animation and motion graphics is a plus.
  • Exposure to UX/UI principles or web design is desirable.
