We are seeking a skilled UX/UI Designer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing complex websites developed in Webflow, with expertise in building component structures, dynamic content, and sophisticated interactions.

About the Job

This role requires a creative thinker who can drive user experience and interface design for our core Fintech product while taking full ownership of our public-facing websites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the end-to-end design process for new product features from initial concept and user research to high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
  • Translate complex financial concepts and data into simple intuitive and accessible user interfaces.
  • Conduct user research interviews and usability testing to inform design decisions and create data-driven user personas and journey maps.
  • Create wireframes user flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system in Figma to ensure consistency and scalability across the product.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers engineers and other stakeholders to translate requirements into beautiful intuitive and functional user interfaces.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices throughout the organization.

Requirements

  • Professional experience developing managing complex websites in Webflow.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Figma including components auto-layout prototyping and design systems.
  • A deep understanding of user-centered design principles information architecture and interaction design.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale.
