Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Global Payroll Specialist to oversee and manage the payroll processes for our international workforce.

This role involves ensuring that employees across multiple countries are paid accurately, on time, and in compliance with local tax regulations, labor laws, and company policies.

The specialist will work closely with HR, finance, and external payroll providers to ensure smooth payroll operations, mitigate compliance risks, and maintain payroll records.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including data entry, calculations, deductions, and tax filings.
  • Evaluate and implement new payroll systems and process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records, including employee files, tax forms, and payroll reports.
  • Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees, managers, and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to collect and verify payroll data (hours worked, salaries, bonuses, deductions, etc.).
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on HR payroll for India & US.
  • Experience working in a multinational company or managing payroll in regions such as North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.
  • Strong understanding of payroll laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
