About the Job
- We are seeking a Sales Development Manager to join our team and drive business growth and sales in our region.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and a proven track record of developing strategies that increase revenue and sales.
- Responsibilities include developing and executing business strategies to meet sales targets, collaborating with the solutions team to create Statements of Work for new customers, and formulating and executing market-focused strategies to establish a strong position for TVSSCS and new capabilities in the region.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
- 3-4 years of prior business development experience in related industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Proven track record of successful development strategies, including market analysis and competitive intelligence.
- Focused and goal-oriented approach to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
