Job Role Overview

As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for addressing customer complaints related to vehicle issues in a timely and efficient manner. You will provide accurate information and solutions to resolve these issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve customer complaints by communicating effectively with customers and providing support via various channels.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Language: Proficiency in Hindi and English; knowledge of regional languages is beneficial.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of vehicle systems or prior auto-related experience is desirable.
