  • Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Execution:
    • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with strategic objectives.
    • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
  • Product Development & Growth:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive product strategy and direction.
    • Continuously evaluate and improve product performance, user experience, and market positioning.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:
    • Utilize data analytics to inform business decisions and drive product growth.
    • Make informed decisions to optimize resource allocation and improve operational efficiency.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk & Issue Management:
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
    • Proactively manage issues to minimize disruption to project progress.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Provide regular project updates, reporting on milestones, progress, and any potential risks.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in fintech and project management.
    • Continuously evaluate and improve project management methodologies and tools.

Key Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in project management roles, with at least 3 years in Fintech.
  • Proven experience in building and managing high-performing teams across multiple functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive product growth and success from inception to market maturity.
  • Hands-on experience with NodeJS and strong understanding of backend development.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical thinking with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to quickly grasp new knowledge and technologies relevant to the fintech landscape.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
