Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Analytics Expert to lead our Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) projects. In this role, you will apply statistical and econometric methods to deliver actionable insights, automate solutions, and support strategic decision-making across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client data processing and project delivery in MMM engagements.
  • Apply econometric modeling techniques to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Interpret complex data and analytical results to generate business recommendations.
  • Presentation of findings through well-structured PowerPoint presentations tailored to client audiences.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with data scientists, consultants, and clients.
  • Research and development to improve modeling accuracy or explore new techniques.
  • Automation of repetitive tasks and data workflows using tools like R, Python, or VBA.
  • Support for the development and implementation of advanced analytical frameworks and custom models.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Quantitative Analysis, or a related field (M.Sc. or MBA preferred).
  • Experience: Approximately 2-4 years of relevant experience, including hands-on work in Marketing Mix Modeling.
  • Econometric modeling and statistical analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as R, Python, or SAS.
  • Advanced Excel skills and PowerPoint presentation abilities.
  • Automation tool experience to streamline processes.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Project management, problem-solving ability, and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
