As a senior client partner for digital transformation, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, fostering, and incubating large-scale digital projects for government entities at both central and state levels. Your primary responsibility will be to establish strategic relationships with senior-level officers within government ministries, states, UTs, and their departments. This role requires understanding their challenges, proposing innovative digital solutions leveraging emerging technologies, and managing initiatives to align with the mission of digital transformation for public good.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Initiate and nurture strategic relationships with senior government officials, understanding their challenges and opportunities for digital transformation.
  • Manage existing engagements, focusing on sustaining and growing relationships through cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  • Achieve breakthroughs with new initiatives and projects in accounts with existing traction.
  • Engage new clients through strategic outreach, including cold calling, to build foundational relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Prior experience working within the government ecosystem is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and nurture strategic relationships at the highest bureaucratic levels within government.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies and their use cases is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with senior stakeholders.
