- Understand what ‘success’ means to our clients and articulate how Ganit will add value to them
- Anticipate and fulfil ’unsaid’ requirements of clients
- Design, propose and deliver on account/client level targets
- Partner and build strong relationships that enhances Ganit’s brand value
- Have ‘high accountability’. Make sure ’buck stops’ at your level
- Collaborate with Ganit team members to build solid pipeline of project ideas and proposals on a continuous basis
- Represent Ganit in various public forums like conferences, summits, webinar etc.
- Proactively hire and build your next layer and empower them to punch above their weight.

**Qualifications**
- Proven track record of 5-7 years in building and growing client relationships in analytics and IT industry.
- Ability and willingness to roll up the sleeves when required
- Enjoys traveling and dealing with ‘ambiguity’ in an unfazed manner
- Really ‘passionate’ about consulting and having fun.
