Senior Functional Project Manager

Arthan is hiring a senior functional project manager to oversee large-scale IT transformation projects, vendors, and stakeholders. This role requires designing, testing, and deploying digital health solutions in a secure, efficient, and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate concept documents into actionable project roadmaps by identifying key objectives and stakeholder requirements.
  • Lead project planning, budgeting, risk management, and reporting to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Oversee solution design, testing (sandbox & UAT), and deployment to guarantee high-quality outcomes.
  • Manage vendor onboarding, procurement, and performance to optimize business relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and IT vendors to foster effective communication and cooperation.
  • Deliver solutions within 12 months, ensuring compliance with security standards and meeting stakeholder expectations.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • 8–10 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in healthcare, NGOs, or large government organizations, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • MTech, BTech, MCA, BCA, or equivalent technical qualification, with a strong understanding of IT system design and implementation.
  • Proven expertise in large-scale IT system design and implementation, with a focus on stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and risk mitigation.
