Job Overview

As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, driving teams to achieve desired outcomes, and leading by example with strong communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Must have good IT project management expertise, preferably in product delivery.
  • Outcome-oriented attitude and ability to drive multiple teams.
  • Prior experience of leading minimum one project in digital channels space (online or mobile banking) is mandatory.
  • Banking project experience is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with technology (not a technical expert).
  • Should have managed team size of 8-15 associates.
  • Strong communication skills.
